This notice explains information handling by the Kaka Music website and the current development version. The app has not launched; available features and notices will be updated with the release.
Visiting this website
This site introduces the product. It has no music generation, photo uploads, registration or payment flow, and no advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics. Language selection is represented in the URL without storing personal information.
The current delivery is a local preview. A future public hosting service may process request logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting. This notice will be updated to reflect the actual service before public launch.
Creating in the app
Cloud-based creation in the current app calls Google AI services through our service. Submitted descriptions and photos selected for analysis may be sent for scene understanding and music generation. Processing is not entirely on your device.
Submit only content you intend to use for creation. This page makes no promise that a third-party service never retains inputs or uses them for other processing; consult the terms of the service actually used and the product release information.
Creations, backups and identifiers
The development version saves generated audio, artwork and creation details on the device and includes cloud backup and restoration through Supabase. Backups may contain audio, cover photos, titles, lyrics and other creation metadata.
The app uses a device-associated identifier for service identity, creation quotas and subscription entitlements. It may record a display name you enter, your chosen cover and onboarding completion.
Photos, weather and movement
Camera and photo access depend on the creation flow you choose. You can manage app permissions in system settings. Photos and associated metadata can contain personal or location information; consider what you choose to submit.
The website does not request camera, location or health permissions. Weather inspiration currently starts from photos, and workout inspiration is planned. This notice does not indicate that automatic Apple Health or live weather access is available.
Deletion and contact
The current app supports deleting generated creations and includes a mechanism to synchronize deletion of cloud backup records. Network failures may delay synchronization. Contact support for other access, correction or deletion requests.
Include the app version and the type of request. Do not send passwords, payment details or unrelated private photos.
